Channel bots: dnhd and HelpDesk.
Regulars are users who regularly participate in channel discussion and/or provide consistently high standards of help to users. They are Voice’d (+) automatically by the channel bot upon joining the channel. These users may also be Op’d (@) temporarily to help out with the channel, or provide cover when required.
Managers should be the first port of call for any complaints or issues with either the channel, its staff, or its users. They have the final say in all aspects of how the channel is run, and who is/is not permitted to participate in the channel.
